The TP-Link Deco X20 is a popular AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 mesh system that gives busy households faster, steadier Wi-Fi in every room. Each unit runs Wi-Fi 6 on both bands, reaching up to 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, while OFDMA and MU-MIMO let the network serve up to 150 devices. That makes it a strong all-rounder for families with smart TVs, CCTV, phones, laptops and smart-home gadgets all online at once, spread across several rooms or floors.
The three-pack covers up to about 5,800 sq ft, enough for four- to six-bedroom houses, multi-storey buildings and small offices.
HomeShield adds network scanning, IoT protection and detailed parental controls, and WPA3 secures the connection. Each unit has two Gigabit ports with WAN/LAN auto-sensing and supports Ethernet backhaul. Setup and management run through the Deco app.
